Secure 6-Step Equipment Purchase Process

At DDH Equipment LLC, we prioritize safety and transparency. That’s why every transaction is conducted through a secure, bank-managed escrow account.

All purchase funds remain in escrow until the buyer receives, inspects, and tests the equipment. If the equipment does not meet expectations for any reason, the buyer is entitled to a full refund within 24 hours.

Step 1: Start Your Purchase Securely

Select the equipment you wish to purchase and click the “Buy It Now” button to begin the transaction.

You’ll be prompted to register with us and will then be guided through the next steps. Our team will assist you with all required documentation to complete the process smoothly.

Important Notice:
In compliance with U.S. regulations, we may request identification documents strictly for verification purposes. This process helps prevent fraud, money laundering, and terrorism financing—ensuring a secure experience for all parties involved.

Step 2: Final Equipment Verification

Once the purchase process is initiated, DDH Equipment LLC begins a comprehensive verification through our authorized legal and inspection departments to ensure the equipment is in excellent condition and compliant with U.S. safety standards.

The inspection includes:

  • Visual Inspection
  • Operational Check
  • Engine and Powertrain
  • Undercarriage and Frame
  • Fluids and Filters
  • Electrical System
  • Documentation Review
  • Professional Inspection

Our legal team also verifies the equipment’s ownership documents to ensure:

  • No outstanding loans or liens
  • No financial or legal encumbrances
  • Full readiness for registration in the buyer’s state or country

Only equipment that passes both the mechanical and legal verifications will proceed to delivery. If it does not meet our standards, it will remain in storage until resolved.

 

Step 3: Secure Escrow Payment

After the buyer signs the sales agreement, detailed payment instructions will be provided, including the total equipment price and wire transfer details.

The buyer must complete the payment within 12 hours via bank-to-bank priority wire transfer to DDH Equipment LLC and submit proof of payment (such as a transfer receipt) to proceed.

All funds will be deposited into our designated escrow trust account, where they will remain fully secured until the buyer formally approves and accepts the equipment after delivery.

🔒 Funds will never be released to the seller unless the buyer confirms satisfaction with the equipment. If the buyer cancels the transaction, funds will be promptly refunded from escrow.

Step 4: Delivery & Real-Time Tracking

After all prior steps are completed and payment is confirmed in our escrow account, DDH Equipment LLC will coordinate the delivery of your equipment to the address provided.

To ensure transparency and peace of mind during transit, we offer:

  • 📍 GPS Tracking for real-time shipment updates
  • 🚚 Fully insured transportation managed by experienced logistics professionals
  • 🛡️ Comprehensive transit insurance up to $150,000

Our commitment is to provide a secure and timely delivery, ensuring your equipment arrives in the condition promised and within the agreed timeframe.

Note: Delivery will not be initiated until our bank confirms receipt of funds in escrow.

Step 5: 5-Day Inspection & Ownership Support

Once the equipment is delivered to the buyer’s specified location, a 5-day inspection period begins.

During this time, the buyer may:

  • 🔍 Personally inspect the machine
  • 🛠️ Use an authorized service center for professional evaluation
  • 📄 Consult with a legal professional to review documentation and ensure a smooth ownership transfer

To assist, DDH Equipment LLC provides complimentary support throughout the inspection period. Our team of experts is available to guide you through any questions, documentation reviews, and the ownership registration process.

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priority during this critical step.

Step 6: Final Decision & Completion of Transaction

At the end of the 5-day inspection period, the buyer must confirm their decision to either proceed with or decline the purchase.

✅ If the buyer approves the equipment:
DDH Equipment LLC will initiate the legal transfer of ownership, registering the equipment in the buyer’s name.

Funds will remain in the escrow account until all documentation is finalized and verified.

❌ If the buyer declines the equipment:
A full refund will be issued promptly from the escrow account.

DDH Equipment LLC will arrange to return the equipment at no cost to the buyer.

To conclude the transaction, the buyer must formally notify DDH Equipment LLC of their decision and provide written consent to release the funds. This ensures a secure, smooth, and transparent closing process.
